Welcome to Pasha Aesthetic. By accessing our website, booking treatments, or purchasing products online, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business, and are aligned with Maltese consumer protection laws.
1.  Cardholder Agreement
By completing a transaction, you confirm that:
  • You are the authorized cardholder
  • You accept all terms outlined in this document
  • You understand that digital acknowledgment (e.g., “Click to Accept”) constitutes a binding agreement
2.  Treatment Bookings & Services
Booking Policy
  • Appointments must be confirmed via our online system or direct communication
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking
Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full treatment amount
Refunds for Treatments
  • No refunds are issued once a treatment has been administered
  • Prepaid packages may be refunded for unused sessions, subject to a 10% administrative fee
  • Refunds may be considered for medical exemptions with verified documentation
  • Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund, but we may offer a complimentary review or alternative options
3.  Product Purchases
Return Eligibility
  • Products may be returned within  7 calendar days of receipt
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Opened or used products are non-refundable
Return Process
  • Contact us at Info@pashaesthetics.com to initiate a return
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
  • In accordance with the Consumer Affairs Act (Chapter 378 of the Laws of Malta), you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract of sale
4.  Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery times vary based on location and courier service ( by wolt )
  • Pasha Aesthetic is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers
5.  Legal Compliance
These Terms & Conditions comply with:
  • Consumer Affairs Act – Chapter 378
  • Sale of Goods Regulations
  • Maltese and EU consumer protection laws
6.  Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store card details and use secure payment gateways for all transactions.

Pasha Aesthetic reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
